The building is extremely new. There is easy access to the skywalk court ave the sculpture park and many places to eat. Most of the night life is probably in Clarendon but thats a quick Lyft or metro ride away 2 stops.
The grounds were ok. The Maxwell truly deserves it. I like the business rooms for private meetings and the shared areas.

The oceanbeach at Maxwell Apartments is nice tide changes twice daily so during the day you will lose the beach to the ocean but not a big deal.
